1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "User", or "you") and Sonbahis (hereinafter referred to as "Sonbahis", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://sonbahis.cam.

By accessing the Sonbahis website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Sonbahis platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age Requirement: You are at minimum 21 years of age. Sonbahis enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in compliance with responsible gambling standards. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You hold only one registered Account on the Sonbahis platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by Sonbahis or applicable law.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your Account originate from a lawful source and you are the legitimate owner of those funds. Use of funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied by Sonbahis or another gaming operator, that would prevent you from accessing gaming services.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of Sonbahis Services, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sonbahis will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

1. You must notify Sonbahis immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
2. Sonbahis reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, Driving Licence, and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).
3. You agree to keep all Account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4. Account registration and use is strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Use of automated registration systems, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Sonbahis supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment channels include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Processing times and limits vary by payment method as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) & DuitNow: Deposits processed instantly. Minimum deposit RM30, maximum RM10,000 per transaction. Withdrawals typically processed within 3–10 minutes.
• Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect): Deposits processed instantly upon bank confirmation. Minimum deposit RM30, maximum RM30,000 per transaction. Withdrawals typically processed within 3–10 minutes.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange): Deposits processed within 5–15 minutes. Minimum deposit RM30, maximum RM30,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion. Sonbahis reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal methods must generally correspond to the deposit method used. Sonbahis does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual banks or payment processors may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Sonbahis offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion.

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Players only. Sonbahis reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude specific Players or groups of Players from any promotion without prior notice.
3. Abuse of Promotions: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or systematic low-risk bet patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited. Sonbahis reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and suspend the Account if abuse is suspected.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
5. VIP Programme: Players enrolled in the Sonbahis VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP tiers) are subject to the specific terms of that programme, including birthday bonuses of up to MYR 2,688 and referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral. These are subject to standard wagering requirements.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the Sonbahis Platform are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sonbahis does not accept cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances of a manifestly obvious error or technical fault, as determined by Sonbahis at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Sonbahis will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform.
• Where a game malfunction or technical error occurs during play, any affected round may be voided and bets returned. Sonbahis's decision in such matters is final.
• Winnings arising from bets placed in error at incorrectly displayed odds (manifest errors) may be voided, and Sonbahis reserves the right to correct such errors and recalculate affected settlements.
• Live in-play betting on events such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports markets is governed by real-time data feeds. Sonbahis accepts no liability for delays in data transmission beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on the Sonbahis Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement agencies:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming, including any commercial or professional betting syndicate activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or exploit the Platform, its games, or any other Players through collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by Sonbahis.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Registering multiple Accounts or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy servers, or other technical circumvention tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sonbahis staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials comprising or accessible through the Sonbahis Platform (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Sonbahis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Sonbahis Intellectual Property without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Sonbahis Intellectual Property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. Sonbahis reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sonbahis, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sonbahis specifically excludes all liability for:

1. Loss of gaming session data due to connectivity failures, hardware faults, or other technical issues beyond Sonbahis's reasonable control;
2. Delays in payment processing arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX;
3. Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain password security;
4. Any decision made by a Player based on the Platform's published information, game statistics, or odds;
5. Interruptions to sporting events or casino operations beyond Sonbahis's control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Sonbahis's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Sonbahis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or ongoing Account maintenance;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or court orders;
• Non-use of the Account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months (inactive account).

Upon termination, any real-money Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided no breach of these Terms is established.

12 Responsible Gambling

Sonbahis is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming responsibly as entertainment, a small proportion may develop problematic gambling behaviours.

Sonbahis enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Platform users. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time-out notifications to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary Account suspension for a period ranging from 24 hours to 12 months, or apply for a permanent self-exclusion.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during Account registration and KYC verification is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Services. Sonbahis does not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

In the first instance, Players with complaints or disputes are encouraged to contact Sonbahis's customer support team directly via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Sonbahis commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolving them within 14 business days where practicable.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Sonbahis reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or the features available on the Platform.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
